Training session in progress
A two-day training programme aimed at team-based continuous improvement, was conducted at the Atofina Peroxides India plant at Cuddalore on June 29 and 30 this year. The programme conducted by M/s Ramnath Associates, Chennai, helped employees to get familiar with methods to identify areas for continuous improvement and to select feasible projects that can be evaluated by forming teams. The ten employees who attended the training programme evinced keen interest and actively participated in the programme.
Atofina Peroxides India Limited (ATOPIL) despatched 100 tonnes of organic peroxides in July 2000 – the highest quantity ever despatched from the plant so far, to various places in India and abroad.

William M Kraus, Director, Atofina Peroxides India Limited visited Cuddalore plant on August 24, 2000. He was accompanied by NÂ Subramanian, President, ATOPIL. Kraus expressed happiness at the efficient functioning of the plant.
