Carved out as a separate company in 1998, Sanmar Shipping has since re-structured its portfolio and consolidated its position as a strong player in clean products, along with a presence in Panamax dry bulk trade. The company also owns a double-hull, fully stainless steel chemical tanker and is set to tap the chemicals market as downstream activity picks up steam.
