| A two-day training programme aimed at team-based
continuous improvement, was conducted at the Atofina Peroxides
India plant at Cuddalore on June 29 and 30 this year. The programme
conducted by M/s Ramnath Associates, Chennai, helped employees
to get familiar with methods to identify areas for continuous
improvement and to select feasible projects that can be evaluated
by forming teams. The ten employees who attended the training
programme evinced keen interest and actively participated in
the programme. |
