| New tie-up with BanQsoft ASA |
| Indchem Software Technologies Limited
(ISTL) announced its partnership with BanQsoft, ASA, a specialised
banking solutions company based in Norway catering to global financial
services market. The company develops, sells and implements software
solutions for banks and finance companies. The company offers a complete
system for the administration of loan, leasing and deposit portfolios
and has a rapidly growing customer base representing major international
players in the market. |
| BanQsoft together with ISTL launched its products
to the Asia Pacific market at the Bank.Net Third International
Exhibition and Conference held on 18th and 19th December 2001
at Mumbai. |
| BanQsoft will offer View21, a highly flexible
product development module that makes it possible for financial
institutions to launch new products in any currency without
program adaptations. Three very different application areas
are made possible by an integrated general ledger with a new
flexible structure, parameter-controlled product setting and
multi-currency handling. |
| Indchem Software which provides solutions
in the areas of banking and finance, logistics and healthcare
has a strategic alliance with Microsoft and is a Member Partner
of Oracle. |
| Indchem will offer customised products for
the banking segment namely CPAssist and bANK21. While CPAssist
targets the prospective customers of a bank or financial institution,
bANK21 is a secure Internet banking product for the standard
core banking solutions. CPAssist also provides a comprehensive
MIS and helps track marketing activities including pre-sales,
prospecting and monitoring activities of existing customers. |
| Indchem already offers ‘Valuepack™’ to the
banking and financial services industry in India. The synergy
between BanQsoft and Indchem is expected to result in excellent
solutions for the banking and financial sectors of the Asia
Pacific region. |
