| Plant II celebrates Factory
Day |
| The 35th Factory Day was celebrated with enthusiasm
on May 4, 2002 at Plant II, Chemplast Sanmar Limited, Mettur.
A large number of employees and their families participated
in the function. |
| S Vijayakumar,
Executive Vice President-Personnel, Chemplast Sanmar Limited,
delivered the welcome address. P S Jayaraman, Managing
Director, Chemplast Sanmar Limited, presided over the
function and addressed the gathering. He spoke about the
activities of the PVC Division in the year 2001-02 and
the challenges to be faced in the years to come. Long
service awards were presented to 87 employees. |
| K S Venkiteswaran,
President-IR (Corporate), Chemplast Sanmar Limited, distributed
prizes to the winners of the competitions held for the
annual day by the Chemplast Recreation Club. Mementos
were presented to the children of some of the employees
for their outstanding performance in state/ national level
table tennis tournaments. T An Thenappan, Assistant Vice
President, Plant II, Chemplast Sanmar Limited, delivered
a vote of thanks. |
