| DARE Conference |
| The DARE 2000 (Dragoco Annual Review) Conference
was held at Varkala/Poovar Island, Kerala, from 16th to 20th
December 2000. ‘Focused Energy’ was the theme of
the conference. The conference got off to an auspicious start
with S Srikanthan, Vice President-Flavours, lighting the kuthuvilakku. |
| In his address C Venkat, CEO, Dragoco India
Limited, complimented all the participants and their families
for their efforts towards achieving good results in the year
2000 and thanked Dragoco Asia Pacific for their support. |

| Venkat also read out a message received
from Bernd Kirchhoff, Managing Director, Dragoco Asia
Pacific. He elaborated on the theme of the conference
and said that an energised organisation was built on flexible
resources that support a network of human talent, which
generates and implements initiatives. He added that to
ensure significant value creation, the top management
would provide the perspective to help the organisation
find direction, orchestrate activities and integrate the
commitment of everyone. |
| All the Key Account Managers of the
Fragrance and Flavours divisions and the Management Staff
from the Head Office made presentations on the plans for
2001 and the achievements of 2000. |
