Vacancy 1. Diploma Engineer for Process Control in Production
Company Sanmar Foundries Ltd (Sand & Investment)
Job Profile 1. Support the Installation of manufacturing Engineering Team as well as Production Team

2. Establishing process rating for new development parts as well as updation of existing parts

3. Total responsibilities for Drawing / Design creation and Maintenance

4. Study of new jigs /fixtures design, procurement of the same and tryouts on receipts of the same.
5. Identify sub contractors for outsourced machining, establish process at their end.

Vacancy 2. Engineers / Diploma Engineers for Development
Company Sanmar Foundries Ltd
Job Profile 1. Should have experience in development of patterns/dies, core boxes and methoding for Grey/SG steel castings, preferably in automated foundry with DISA Lines.

2. Familiarity with simulation software like Magma desired

3. Knowledge of design software like Pro E/ Auto CAD etc is desired.

4. Should be capable of carrying out defect analysis and fixing the problems.
5. Should be able to aid in transferring the technology fast from the technology provider and capable of interacting with the overseas partner
6. Capable of managing the pattern/core-box storage, inspection and manage maintenance/correction of patterns.
Person Profile

BE/ Diploma

BE - minimum 5 years of experience in steel castings/ Diploma with 10 to 15 years of experience in steel castings
