2. Sub Contractor / Vendor Inspection
3. Analysis the internal and vendor quality problems
4. Process control in Welding, Heat treatment
5. Dimension inspection on Castings
6. Non Destructive Testing – MPI and LPT
7. To obtain quality head suggestions on rework, rejection of parts and take appropriate disposition accordingly.
8. To ensure and monitor all the instruments duly calibrated.
9. Manage the Quality assurance function with the help of QA Head.
10. Documentation of Quality documentations and knowledge ISO 9000
