2. To strictly adhere to the SOP and ensure safety to the plant.
3. To continuously monitor the operating parameters and take corrective action then and there.

5. Plan the various process activities and allocate the job to casual labour accordingly.
6. To keep the environmental clean by taking necessary steps during operations.
7. To ensure cleanliness and safety as a culture amongst all the operatives and casual labours.
8. To promote 5S practices and involve various activities.
9. To help in documentation and control of the ISO documentation for the production activities.
Person Profile

Candidate should have MSc Chemistry from a recognized university

Minimum 6 years of experience in Production from Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer industry of which atleast one year in DCS Panel operations

Job Profile 1. Primary responsibility of the dealer sales channel for the assigned territory, which is either a City or a part thereof, or a cluster of 2-3 Districts
2. Coordinate and achieve sales objectives for assigned territory
3. Identify dealers in area as per distribution plan, recommend to State Head for appointments
4. Manage dealer relationships
5. Effectively implement sales, promotional, merchandising and advertising programs as specified and assigned for the territory
6. To review daily / weekly and monthly sales and take corrective actions for target achievement
